I highly recommend you sitting in a stock saddle to determine your correct size as the Poley Pads (thigh rolls) need to provide your upper thigh with the right level of support and security without restricting your movement in any way. Unfortunately, going by height/weight ratio of rider, or previous size of seat has not proven to be indicative on which size of saddle is needed, due to everyone's personal preferences about the Poley pads.
