Freight

We use Toll & Fastway Couriers. Normally once your parcel is sent, it is overnight to North island urban addresses and 2 days to South Island. Please be aware - Rural addresses take longer and is down to your local driver. 

Delivery charges will be added to each order and shown as a separate item before you choose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed.

The options are as listed on the site. Should we feel your order may have an additional charge, due to weight or location we will advise you prior to dispatching your order.

Please use your best endeavours to select the correct shipping amount as mistakes will add time to your delivery.

Standard delivery times are:

Standard Postal Delivery (1-5 working days Monday to Friday)
Rural Delivery (may take extra 2-3 working days Monday to Friday) .

Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
Our Couriers do not deliver to Post Office box's or any address in which we deem suspicious.

We ship our goods primarily with Toll Couriers and Fastway Couriers.
If you make a purchase and take advantage of a deal, promotion or special which discounts the cost of shipping, we will not offer that same deal on any shipping if you return or exchange the goods.

Only New Zealand addresses will apply to any Free Shipping or discounted rates of shipping
