We use Team Global Express & Aramex Couriers. Freight costs are at the checkout of website starting from $14.99. International parcels will be quoted separately and charged after the order is placed.
Dispatch Times (Once payment is cleared)
Please note, whilst we carry a large range of stock in store, that not everything on our website is always in stock, however, most items can be ordered from our suppliers and delivered to us over night, or within a few days.
In stock at our shop – If your entire order is in stock at our shop, your order will most likely be dispatched the same day, or day after the order is placed.
In stock with Suppliers – If an item is not in stock at our shop, but our suppliers have the item available, we will order it in from our suppliers and your order will likely be dispatched within 1 week. We do not normally contact the customer if this is the case.
If for some reason we order and our supplier no longer has your item in stock or alternatively has been delayed we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of this and suggest some alternative options or give you expected back order times
We are not open on Public Holidays or weekends.
The options are as listed on the site. Should we feel your order may have an additional charge, due to weight or location we will advise you prior to dispatching your order.
Please use your best endeavours to select the correct shipping amount as mistakes will add time to your delivery.
Standard delivery times (Working days), once dispatched:
North Island Urban: Over Night
North Island Rural: 3-5 Working Days
South Island Urban: 2-3 Working Days
South Island Rural: 4-5 Working Days (Please note these are all approx and are dependant on couriers playing their part)
Urgent or Sent Direct Items
There is an additional charge of $10 for small packages $15 for Large packages for this service. Please contact us if you require your order to be delivered urgently or before a certain date, and we will try our best to achieve this for you.
Tracking your parcel
Once your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email with tracking details. We are more than happy to track your parcel once it is over of the expected delivery times.
Any order sent to a Rural Delivery Address is done so at your own risk, once our couriers hand over to a Rural Driver these can be harder and more lengthy to track. We strongly recommend Delivery is made to an urban address where possible.
Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
Our Couriers do not deliver to Post Office box's or any address in which we deem suspicious.
If you make a purchase and take advantage of a deal, promotion or special which discounts the cost of shipping, we will not offer that same deal on any shipping if you return or exchange the goods.
